2:07 am	2 More Days..... wow..... 2 more days..... vacation went fast, ya? for those of you who isnt going to school this semester..... YOU SUCK!! i seriously felt i just returned to vegas from taiwan a week ago. this semester for me is all about requirements. here are the classes i'll be taking this semester. Japanese 302- expanding my knowledge in the language and i still have Kacey to be my classmate, YES! Music Appreciation- ok,i dont know why this is a requirement... i dont think music has anything to do with computers... Communication 101- same thing... another requirement..... nothing to do with my major/minor Pre-Calculus II- well well.... what to say here... shame on me on this one... because i'm RETAKING this class. last time, i had it at 8:30 AM, i was so tired everytime i go to class, and i dropped it. i'm hoping for this semester to be fun, i dont think it'll be THAT fun because some of the people wont be returning to UNLV for another year. i really wish i can hang out with those people in school, studying together, having lunch together, etc. good luck to you guys, hope you guys make good money when you start school again. - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

10:40 pm	Random Update Thursday, August 11, 2005 This is Zhuoya updating, right now Colin's trying to cut off my tank top (Colin says: NO,I'M CUTTING OFF YOUR BRA STRAP!!!GEEZ...), ok, whatever... Eh...We just got back from the park, it's pretty hot outside, we should've not went there...we were all sweaty...Colin's so sexy when he's WET :)...now he's checking up my closet...actually, he's checking up my room...every single drawer...i dont care, i got nothing to hide from him...*sigh* what he's doing is much better than feeding my fish with buffet style, that's gonna kill all of my fishes... oh oh~today's his oldest uncle's birthday, so he just came over to my house in the late afternoon, got something DONE, then he left to took his mom to work, then he went to his uncle's house, and had fun,i called him 5 times an hours since i was all alone at home, that sooooooooo boring, i missed him, but he's having fun, having good food...whatever...then he came back to my house at around 9:30, now he's sitting next to me, watching me messing up his xanga... alright, this is Colin updating now... i dont know what to update but my girlfriend wants me to type something here. what should i say?? let see..... work is good, i'm working tomorrow. my schedule changed..... i'm working on mondays, tuesdays, and thursdays, 4 to midnight. during my days off, i spend it with my girlfriend. this coming friday is our 10 month anniversary.... however, we're celebrating it with my mom. shes going to take us out to dinner. thats cool since my mom likes Zhuoya a lot. this week should be fun.... on top of that, i'm making new friends over at work, they're hiring new people every summer. as far as DDR/IIDX goes... i'm doing both equally. i'm pretty sure all the DDR players over at the orleans should have an idea about the DDR tournament thats happening this coming sat. at noon. well.... i joined.... why?? i know i'm not going to win.... i joined because its a rare case for vegas holding a DDR tournament. since its a rare chance, why not joining?? after this week is over, god knows when they're having another DDR tournament in vegas. if i'm going to lose, i'm going to lose with honor. if i do win, i'm not going anywhere for that stupid national tournament.... unless its in vegas. i doubt its going to be here though.... i'm sure its going to be somewhere big such as california. if you're my friend, please go to the orleans on saturday noon to support me... i love you guys. for the girls, come be my cheerleader. =D ok... thats it for now... if you want to hang out with me, you know what to do... call me or come see me at the dome when i'm working. you got my schedule. i know its a pretty random update.... my girlfriend wanted me to write something here... i dont know what to write so i'm writting random stuff. ok... have fun you guys... bye bye - Colin & Zhuoya (Comment on this)

1:55 am	Time For An Update Mood: alright Music: none Location: home Time: 1:55 yep, its time for an update. wont be a long one. i was in taiwan from may 27th til june 17th. vacation was great.... however, the weather kind of ruined it because it was raining like 85% of the time. however, that didnt stopped me from going out. but when its hot.... you just want to stay home under the room full of AC. not only you'll be sweating walking towards a taxi but your skin will be so sticky..... thats how humid it is. and again, that didnt stopped me from going out.... theres a lot of places i went but i dont know how to describe them. in the whole taipei city, theres only one DDR machine. and its the only EXTREME in taiwan... the other cities have older mixes. i really regret playing DDR in taiwan.... i didnt stop sweating until i went home and took a shower. the food was good.... the mcdonalds are the bomb there.... and so is KFC. those two are the famous fast food in taiwan. a lot of things is cheap... for example... the boba drinks. 500 cc, thats about the large size over at volcano tea is only $20 NT... that like... 65 cents..... barely a buck. and it costs $3.50 here. i had boba drinks 4 times in one week... yeah, i felt fat. bought some games over there as well..... its all burnt games... $150 NT for one... barely $5. but they dont work as well as i thought they're going to be. oh well... barely $5, what do i expect? ya know... if you want to know my taiwan story in detail... ask me for it because i'll be here forever doing that in livejournal. anyway.... after i return to vegas, i head up to the dome to check out the new schedule... and i'm set to work on mon, wed, and thurs.... 4 to 12. and i met new people at the midway as well. i've came back to vegas for a little over a month now... what have i been doing?? mainly hanging out with my girlfriend... working.... and thats about it. of course, i went to UNLV to take care of stuff as well... such as registering for class. but i need to go back there for something else on monday. if you want to know my fall semester schedule... i'm taking music appreciation, japanese 302, communications, and retaking pre cal. my advisor realized that i had a C in pre cal, a C- in pre cal 2, and a D in cal. she wishes i retake those classes. i said... ok. oh yeah, i'm going to take eng 113 over at CCSN. eng 113 and eng 101 is basically the same class except for 113 is for international students and non-native speakers. i had a D in eng 101 but a C+ in 102.... according to the admissions office in CCSN, i can take eng 113 in CCSN, get that grade transfered to UNLV and it can replace my eng 101 grade. i'll be a little more busy this semester..... and this semester is all about requirements. i hope during spring semester, i can take some computer related class. other than that... i've been experiencing a lot of drama with my girlfriend right now. i'm not going into details in the journal however, if you would like to know, i'm always more than happy to tell you and get some opinion. what happened lately was... her mom called me at 2 AM, then it was her dad who caught us hanging out at burger kings. onto another topic.... DDR and IIDX. ever since returning to vegas, i felt i got better in IIDX because i've been passing some really hard songs with hard. like.... i've passed A on, quasar another on hard, red zone another on hard, murmur twins another on hard, and some other hard ass songs on hard...... oh yeah, they're all with scratches. but my accuracy isnt getting anywhere. what pisses me off is... i cant do any of that at home...... and i suck at home. as far as DDR goes..... i'm still playing for AAAs.... i have to work on my accuracy and lose weight at the same time. oh, i just recently got a membership at the leisure center, going to gain muscles again. what else.... me and my girlfriend opened a joint savings account at bank of america. i dont even know what we're saving up for because its always good to save up money. as for me... i've been saving up money for a new car..... i dont NEED a new car but i WANT a new car. speaking of car, my left side mirror was busted not too long ago... spend $350 to get that fixed. ok, thats all for now.... i'm going to try to update everyday now since theres no school. i'll keep you guys posted... have fun - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

2:38 pm	Study Week, End of Semester Current Mood: worried Current Music: none Current Location: Lied Library Current Time: 14:40 today is my friday and the next week would be hell because its exam week. i'm having exams on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. and you know what sucks?? my hardest exam would be on tues. and my easiest exam would be on thursday. but then again, it doesnt suck THAT bad because since thursday is my easiest exam, wednesday would basically mean my last day of school. after all exams are over.... i'm heading back to taiwan in about a week or 2. plane ticket is purchased, i'm leaving vegas on the 27th of may and returning on the 17th of june. (Happy Birthday to Tiffany, Jack, Elaine, and everyone else who is having birthday while i'm gone)havent been back there for nearly 10 years, no one recognizes me anymore and i dont recognize them either. i dont know what i will be doing there.... hopefully lots of fun things. i'm pretty sure me and my mom are going to visit other cities in taiwan, not all my family lives in taipei. one city is where my oldest uncle lives and the other city is where my grandpa's tombstone is at. after that, we're free. me and my mom and explorer our own hometown. no, i dont have any friends there..... thats what sucks. oh well, i mostly wanna see my family. ok, i'm finished with this post, i'll post again whenever i have. have a good one guys and good luck to your exams - Colin *Akuma* Time Finished: 14:45 (Comment on this)

3:40 am	End of Sring Break.... looking at the time and calendar.... we are starting pretty soon.... once again...... i think our next major break is til mid may. thats something i cant wait for because i'm leaving vegas for 3 weeks and going back to my hometown. what did all of you guys did for spring break?? i know some of you just played more video games, some of you went to AI, and some of you did nothing, ya? heres what i did.... last fri i decided to buy myself IIDX for home. everyone told me that i should've done that long ass time ago and i agreed with everyone who told me that. what motivated me to buy it?? its mainly because i feel like i need to play better and i'm not playing enough... i feel like i suck at the game. after seeing IIDX 9th style on this website, that makes me wanna buy it more..... i never seen 9th style before. i purchased this flat PS 2 with a mod chip installed inside and a IIDX controller. the controller came like 2 days later but the PS 2.... i'm still waiting for that, probably going to take another week or so. as far as the game goes.... i dont know which style i want to have. of course, i want to have all of it and i'm willing to spend that money too, i have the money. next game..... DDR, i'm still playing it but i'm really not liking the US DDR versions..... i think they suck. thats one reason why i didnt even bother buying extreme for PS 2. of course, i kind of regret getting MAX 2 within the first week it came out. all that is going to change because once i get my modded pS 2..... i'm going to get all the japanese DDR games. max 1 and 2, i already have extreme thanx to Justin who burned it for me and it didnt work for this PS 2 i have right now. i've worked throughout spring break, i only had 1 day off. what did i do this day i took off? well, i went to fry's with Alex. i swear, we can spend nearly the whole day there just looking at stuff. theres so many stuff to look at. yeah, we spend like 3 hours there and then, we headed over to the dome. this spring break was mostly with Alex and Elaine... those two are like the only people i see throughout the break. its nice to hang out with them, ya know, they feel like a family. IIDX.... i played a lot of that during spring break because i want to 8th style as much as i can before it gets to be red. speaking of that, i dont know whats my boss is doing over in florida, but i'm not like... counting on what he says anymore.... saying that hes going to be here on monday *which is 5 days ago* to interview Elaine and upgrade the games... that never happened... shoot... he didnt even buy a plane ticket. then, he told me he could be in vegas this coming monday. i'm just like: whatever.... overall, this spring break went by pretty fast. i got some japanese and english HW to do, i think i'm going to take care of that on sunday. well, thats what i did for spring break and i'll be working tomorrow and sunday. come visit me, ya? hope you guys had a fun spring break. - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

12:27 pm	Spring Break Week Current Mood: tired Current Location: UNLV Library Current Music: none Current Time: 12:30 spring break week, i got two tests this week on thurs. i'm doing ok in my classes except for calculus. in the midst of chapter 3, my binder with all my notes in it were stolen. and the test we are having this coming thurs, is chapter 3 test. screwed? i think pretty much so. i'm trying to do all the problems i can in the book before thurs., hope at least i wont fail it. japanese is great, somewhat great, i mean, i feel like its getting harder and harder. i think we are having a test after spring break. english is going good, no classes this week, i'm still wondering what i got on my essay 2. work is nice, i got my raise couple of weeks ago and we are getting some new games, however, my boss may boost up the upgrade games to 2 dollars each in other news, in mid may, when spring semester is over, i'm heading off to taiwan with my mom for 3 weeks. we may need to hire someone new at my job. since i was recommended someone last time, i think i'll have my other co-worker decide this time. anyone interested? if you are, leave me a comment. just to let you know, if i have problems with you personally, dont bother leaving me anything. i'm very excited going back to taiwan after 10 years...... its been so long. another reason why i'm excited is that the plane has to stop by japan for an hour to refresh. that means, i have an hour worth of time to explorer japan before taking off. i've always wanted to go to japan to see how it is. but next time, i make sure i'm in japan for long vacation. ok, thats all, i'm going to starbucks - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

Current Mood: wide awake Current Music: none Current Location: home Current Time: 11:10 well, have any of you guys ever seen a drink called Bawls?? after dinner last night at tofu hut with Alex, Keith, Elaine, and Tiffany, we saw this box full of drinks called bawls. its in a glass bottle, looks like alcohol. thats what Elaine and Keith told me, they said it only has a little alcohol in it and it wont have heavy affect while you're driving. as well as, if the cops pull you over, do a little breath test, you'll be in trouble. i was like: oh well, i never gotten pulled over *even though i should get pulled over many times already* i decided to take a bottle and taste it. it seriously doesnt taste anything like alcohol, i even taste a little alcohol in smirnoff. it only taste like.... sprite? after all that, i took Alex home. still feeling a little funny about that drink, i asked Alex: dude, seriously, what is this drink? Alex started laughing a little and tells me that i'm naive, and told me that this drink is a high caffine drink. alcohol drink.... whatever... because i didnt feel tired at all, i dont wanna force myself to go sleep, i stayed up all night/morning playing FFX2. around 10, i went to jiffy lube to get oil change for my car. after that, i felt like DDRing a little bit so i went to suncoast and drop $5 into that DDR machine. i went to blockbuster to get more movies. i went home, watched a movie and thats when i started to feel a little tired. it was 2, i went to bed as well as waiting for Alex's phone call. i woke up around 8, checked my phone, and there was no missed call. i tried to reach Alex and found out that hes going to spend the night at his other friends house. oh well, we'll have fun some other day. havent had any food in my body the whole day, i finished watching that movie and ate. now.... i'm online updating, i need to go finish my game. *sigh* 3 more days left..... - Colin *Akuma* (2 Comments |Comment on this)

12:35 am	Current Mood: full Current Music: none Current Location: home Current TIme: 11:35 my day started when i woke up around 12 something and took my dad's car to jiffy lube for an oil change. i came back, dropped off the car, ate, watched tv, and took another nap before taking my mom to work. my mom woke me up around 5... i called up Elaine to see if she wants to hang out, i was planning on going to the orleans to play some random games. after dropping my mom off at work, me, Alex, Elaine, and Keith all met up at the orleans. played games until it closed, i took Alex back home, i went to taco bell, came home, and ate again. i'm now updating... i'm gonna look up so stuff, and probably..... play some more games. short entry because it was a short day. ok, have fun - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

1:17 am	A Nice Workout Current Mood: sore.... Current Music: none Current Location: home Current Time: 12:15 i woke up around noon, looked outside, its still wet.... not even surprised. called Tristan to see if he wants to go to the dome with me since Chuck is there fixing games, i think we should go help him. doesnt seem a lot of work, but knowing that a 40 year old man taking monitor from a 15 feet high machine is pain in the ass *including other crap*, it doesnt feel right if i dont go help him when i have nothing to do. Tristan never picked up his phone, i guess i'm going by myself. as i went down on sahara, i saw the Amy's Deli place..... then i thought to myself.... i havent seen/talk to Raymond for a very long time now... i'm always busy doing my own things and totally forgot about a friend who i met back in 5th grade. at the same time, i felt a little hungry too.... i decided to have my lunch there. unfortunately, hes not in there..... but his parents and siblings were. we were pretty close too back then. i just had a burger... filled me up. after all that, i headed down to the dome as i walked up, i saw Chuck taking down the monitor from the cyberpods.... piece of shit machine.... pain in the ass, doesnt even help us make money. and Chuck says that the money we make from those crappy pods.... are the machine to get the upgrade for IIDX. i'm like..... you gotta be kidding me.... that'll take nearly a year or so. anyways, me and Jason teamed up with Chuck to get the monitor down from the beachhead machine. freaking dust everywhere and crap.... i hate it. finally, everything was in one piece, all we had to do is take everything to Chuck's car. those monitors... i swear the god, they're heavy as fuck, they're dusty as hell, theres no grip anywhere, and the bar is freaking sharp. it was a pain in the ass to bring that monitor downstairs. i stopped about halfway to rest a little since my arm started to tighten up. then this elder lady at the gamebooth was kind enough to give two towels for the grip. oh great, that made it a lot easier to carry that junk. finally, we got those monitors into Chuck's car and he left to do some business. i went back up and played some games of drummania. now, i really felt my arms.... afterwards, we and Jason went to the EDR. i had a cheesecake, we just sat there and talk about random stuff until his break was over. went back up, played few games of IIDX, and Chuck came back. we cleaned out the cabinet since there was so much junk in it. lots of trash mails and papers that we dont need. i fixed some buttons around the area while Chuck was bringing down the lights for Para Para and mambo. i showed Chuck what was wrong with the pads on mambo.... he got it fixed right away. everything was finally finished, looking at the time, it was 5:45. out of nowhere comes Jazzie and Jacky.... they're looking for Jason. let see... i went back playing some more IIDX..... no good accomplishments but... i will one day AAA jelly kiss. no wait, i score hella high on V today.... it was a nice random... but wasnt nice enough for me to AA it. Chuck left to get some supplies. Jason got off, and we both went to midway. me and Jason searched around the arcade for Jazzie and Jacky but there werent anymore to be found. Jason got tired, sat down in this machine, i found a free game of time crisis III. played that until they showed up..... they went somewhere... wherever they went. i couldnt find them so i went to play some raiden.... still suck at it. saw Joy, asked where Jason and the girls went, she told me: THEY LEFT. well, doesnt that suck, they left without me. i called Jason to see where hes at, he told me that hes at krispy creme and the girls arent with him. wow, thats weird.... Joy hooked me up with some games of time crisis and i just play. the girls found me, asked me where Jason went, and i guess they went to go look for them. finished my game, i wanted to go home but.... i wanted to win another dog.... threw away $5 and won shit. called up Chuck to see if he got the lightbulbs fixed yet, yeah, he fixed it, and he bought me some supplies. he also told me that he got more 5 hours in vegas before heading off to florida and hes driving around, doesnt know what to do or where to go. i came up with an idea to have dinner together but unforunately, he ate already. i suggested him to go to a casino and gameble for a bit, he said he might as just do that. after that conversation, i headed home on my way, i called up Tristan to see where he was..... he was sleeping. i told him what happened today.... and we havent talked on the phone for this long. from circus circus parking til home.... and i was even on the phone with him longer. Chuck called me verifying with me that if i'm 21. i thought he knows that i'm 19........ he invited me to go gambling with him. i thought that was hilarious.... i couldnt go. back on the phone with Tristan, we somehow ended up talking about FFVII. i got so hungry and decided to get off the phone to go eat. while eating, i watched gorgeous.... pretty funny even though its packed with action. after that, i'm here online updating. let see, i gotta go get oil change for myself and my dad... gotta wake up early..... how gay. well, i'm getting some money for it, its all good. perhaps.... taking my mom to work... .maybe go to the dome to pick up Tristan if he needs it.... i dont know i'll see. thats all good, have a good one - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

2:57 am	Current Mood: tired Current Music: none Current Location: home Current Time: 2 am for some reason, i couldnt wake up for work today. when i realize it was past 1:30, i had to force myself up and get ready for work. like always, it was wet outside, and it has been wet for the past.... 3 or 4 days now? arrvied at the dome, went to get some ice cream, went upstairs, played 2 games of IIDX, and started my shift. Tristan left instantly, and it was all by myself again. pretty much dead.... like always, nothing to do. i decided to do a little observation on the games, basically, just to see how to get into button just in case the switch fell off and such. after doing, i realized the time went so freaking fast and i forgot to take my break. i guess its like... when you're moving a lot, you dont feel hungry. i started to shut off all the machines, got off, and head over to the midway. like always, seeing my friends, played some pac man and raiden. looking at the time, it was getting late so i decided to go home. before heading home, i wanted to get a movie or two at the blockbuster. i rented harold and kumar, and gorgeous. went home, had dinner, watched harold and kumar. not too bad of a money, sort of funny as well. now, i'm up here updating.... gonna go play some games. see ya. - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)

5:05 am	Current Mood: a bit ticked off Current Music: none Current Location: home Current Time: 4:05 how did my day begin today...... um.... i know i was gonna wake up early to get my oil changed... but i ended up shutting off my alarm, thinking i'll just get it during the weekday, and went back to sleep. i opened my eyes again, looked at the clock, great, 2:30. time to get up for work. arrived at the dome around.... 3:45. played a game of IIDX before shift.... almost beat rainbow flyer another again. as always, the beginning of my shift was very boring. Tristan stayed at the dome til 5 and then left. oh yeah, its also verified by Tristan that hes keeping the arcade job so we dont need anyone as of now. time goes by, i took my break..... spent it with Myra and Allen. went back up, still boring. little by little, Marcus, Reggie, Robert, Eric, Elaine, Alex, Paul, Steve and everyone else all showed up. thats when it started to get a little bit fun. night ended, i went breakfasting with Elaine, Paul, Alex, and Tim. came back home, got online, reading message boards, and updating. not feeling very tired right now... i wanna go play FFX2, i'm still trying to finish it up. ok, i'll update tomorrow. 2:32 am	For 2 Years In A Row.... Current Mood: good Current Music: none Current Location: home Current Time: 1:30 it snowed. this is how my day began.... i was sleeping and my college friend Felix called me up. he told me to look outside, i was like: man, i hope that you're not outside of my house or anything. i looked out my window, everything was pure white. i was like: holy crap, it snowed?? since Felix missed it last year, i actually said: ya know, last year, it "SNEWED" harder. i thought about what i just said, did that make sense, should be "SNOWED" right? after talking another 10 mins with Felix, i went back to sleep and didnt wake up til 2. watched TV, ate, and got ready for work. i looked at my car and my neighborhood..... it looks like the whole area had been salted. looks very yummy too actually, its all white. but my car.... was covered in snow.... i spent like 10 mins getting all the chunky as snow off my car so i could drive safely to work. upon reading Kacey's post, she said she wrote some kanji on the snow. i should've done that too.... at least, i could write a message. like... yuki ga futteiru ka? i drove to work.... hella dangerous. well, compared to last year, the snow covered the road, how easily was it to drive?? very difficult... i couldnt even see the dots that separates the lane. anyways, i arrived at the CC parking lot. there was still a chunk of slow on top of my car...... whatever, it'll melt. started my shift at 4.... and i could say, its so freaking dead. i was watching Jason playing hella games of IIDX. then he explained to me a new policy about the phone calling. time goes by.... bored, nothing to do, tried to fix mambo a gogo since one of the buttons was stuck down i couldnt get it pop back up. just when i thought that killed hella time... i was wrong.... after i was doing all that, it wasnt even 6. i brought my gameboy..... but i didnt even play it. i think i should bring my japanese textbook next time. Veronica showed up.... followed by Marcus. then, everyone else. met these two guys Leo and Eric. i always seen them at the dome but i never knew their names. soon enough, Reggie and Steve who brought two girls that were both named Ashley showed up. Elaine, Alex, and Keith dropped by as well. i guess it was fun towards the end of the night... just not the beginning. everyone left so freaking early.... i was by myself once again i came home after work, not hungry, kind of want to continue my journey on FFX2. yeah, thats what i'm gonna go do... i'll talk to you guys later. bye bye - Colin *Akuma* (Comment on this)
